"I had coverage with this office for about 8 years with my 2003 pathfinder. The price always seemed fair until I bought my 2021 4Runner I expected my rates to go up but not to the point where I’m paying close to a DUI insurance rate $350/month with a clean driving record. When I called them to figure out why it was so much the worker was very combatant on the phone adamant that it’s because I “changed vehicles”… I contacted multiple other agencies and got quotes around $100 so I had no choice but to leave this State Farm. I have the same exact coverage for less than 1/3 of the price."

"This review comes very easily because Allison Mulzet knocked it out of the park in customer service, product knowledge and efficiency. I called her needing an insurance quote and execution of a contract, in the span of 20 minutes. She not only provided me with 3 quotes that I could decide on different coverages, but she made sure the coverage would be seamless and comprehensive. All of that, and professional and friendly to boot. She gets all this family’s business, going forward."

"They say they can get you insurance without ever doing a background ….and then a few weeks later cancel your insurance out of nowhere. Would never recommend"

"My car was vandalized and I had a frustrating experience when the damage was not completely repaired. When I followed up about the incomplete job my original agents office told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I decided to switch to this agent, hoping they would solve my issue. After the agent change went through on my policy, I showed up to the office with no appointment. Even with no appointment, Lindsey promptly and happily helped me. There was some unavoidable back and forth and Lindsey guided me through every step. Her and everyone in the office made me feel much better by assuring me the issue would get solved, and it did! Lindsey made me feel like a real person with a real problem, rather than just another policy holder. She went above and beyond to help me with my claim and I am so grateful for her hard work! I’m so glad I am with this agent now! Problem solved!"
